Boutique Hotel Property Manager(s) - Ocala, FL

Seeking for an on-site property manager (Couples Preferred) for a boutique 12 room motel in Ocala, Florida.

Position comes with an onsite one-bedroom apartment with full kitchen and paid utilities (electrical, water, gas, cable and wifi).

Prerequisites:

MUST have prior experience in hospitality hotel/Airbnb Management
Maintenance experience (Preferred but not required)
Customer service oriented
Character traits of friendliness, honesty and trustworthiness are essential and must be displayed at all times
Computer proficiency, including Windows, Word, Excel, and Gmail
Possession of a valid driver’s license
Successful pass of security background clearances

Duties:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of all three major areas of hotel operations – Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance.
Checking in/out guests.
Record & keep required operational and maintenance records.
Routine cleaning of rooms and common areas.
Routine inspection of guests’ rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness, safety, and appearance.
Routine laundry services.
Ability to resolve guest disputes and issues.
Respond to reviews and emails.

Essential Job Functions:

Must be able to push or pull up to 60 pounds unassisted and lift and/or carry 30 pounds unassisted.
Standing, walking for long periods of time while maintaining a friendly professional image.
Must be able to accept constructive criticism.
Must be able to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
Must be able to communicate with other associates, trades and/or guests.
Maintain business and charitable involvement in the community.
