FEATURED JOB OPENING: Onsite Property Management Couple for a Premier 500 space Senior Manufactured Home Community - Orange County, CA

We are seeking an Onsite Property Management couple for a premier 500 space senior manufactured home community in Southern California. 

The couple will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the community (with the help of the ample support staff), including:

Resident communication

Prospective resident paperwork

Rent collection 

Supervision of the maintenance crew

Oversight of community projects and issues 

Enforcement of the community standards

Compensation includes a starting joint salary of $100,000.00+ (depending on experience), housing with basic utilities and medical coverage.
