Position Description:

Full time position:  Expected work hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, 5 days a week. Duties include:

• Customer service: answering phones, assisting customers
• Financial management: taking payments, making bank deposits
• Sales and marketing: renting units, promitional initiatives
• Administrative tasks: mailing letters, making collections calls
• Facility maintenance and cleanliness

Qualifications:

• Prior self storage managerial experience preferred
• Sales experience in person and phone sales
• Outgoing, self motivated and personable
• Computer literate Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self Starter

Compensation:

• Salary $35,500 yearly salary per person, totaling $71,000
• Performance based bonuses for rentals and merchandise sales
• 2 weeks paid vacation per year after working 6 months
• Paid holidays on working days
