FEATURED JOB OPENING: Apartment Property Managers -- Showe Management, Inc.- Central Ohio

 Showe Management is seeking a PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM to take charge of both the administrative and physical maintenance operations as on-site community managers at a multi-family property in the Columbus, Ohio market area. Each position is full-time and requires the ability to communicate and work well with one and another, with company support staff and, most importantly, with our residents.

One member of the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM will take the responsibility for managing the office.  Business and adminstrative skills as well as computer skills would be desirable.  The second team member has the responsibility for the physical operations of the community.  Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and painting is a plus factor.

The PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM needs to be organized and self-disciplined.  As part of our screening process we do police and credit checks as well as standardized drug testing.  Housing and utilities are included as part of the compensation package as well as access to medical, dental and vision plans.  Vacations and paid holidays are also included as well as a 401K plan and a flex-spend medical savings plan.
