FEATURED JOB OPENING: Innkeepers located in the Colorado Mountains! - Ouray, CO

Beautiful 13 room Bed & Breakfast located in the small town of Ouray, Colorado. This location is only 40 miles from Telluride, an international ski destination and home of a number of festivals and events. Ouray is known for their wonderful natural hot springs. The town is growing and now has five different hot springs locations. The Inn is located within walking distance of the river, hot springs, hiking trails, and the quaint town with older buildings and a variety of shops and restaurants. 

We are looking for a couple to run the Inn 24/7. This includes a 2 bedroom recently remodeled and furnished apartment to live in, food, utilities, and nice salary commensurate with experience.

The breakfast and the area are details that the new Innkeepers must pay close attention to, which means waking up early and making a breakfast similar to what has been done in the past. The Innkeepers are expected to learn or know the area and recommend adventures to guests as they ask. We also encourage the innkeepers to take time to get to know the area as well as the check-in process is all automated and the cleaning company is fast and efficient. The Innkeepers should be able to take time off after 10AM daily as they need. Right now, Summers are busy and Winters are less busy so there will be more down-time in the winter. 

If you are interested in this position. Salary will be $65K and up, room for bonuses, health insurance and 2 week vacation starting in 2023. We would love to find someone to start and move September 1-5, but can be flexible for the right couple. We are looking for innkeepers to take ownership of the property and position and will be empowered to make decisions on behalf the property and owners.
