Housekeeping/Front Desk/ Maintenance - Yachats, OR

Are you part of a dynamic couple who enjoys working together?

Ocean front motel alongside scenic US 101 in Yachats, OR is looking for a motivated couple to assist
the onsite managers in the daily routines of hospitality and property upkeep. $14/hour, housing included.

These performance duties include:

-Front Desk Relations (phones inquiries, reservations, hospitality)
-Groundskeeping/maintenance Assistance (tools and equipment provided by company)
-Housekeeping and Laundry (23 units; working beside our crew)

Housing is provided at no charge, 2bedroom cabin unit with kitchen. You only pay $100 monthly for utilities. Could arrange to be partially furnished.

We are looking for couples or two people comfortable working and cohabitating in the same space-
Small Pets are Negotiable (and no drama!)

Basic tool and equipment knowledge is a must for at least (1) candidate. Must be able to pass background checks.

Attention to detail, physical strength and the stamina to bend, and stand for long periods of time.

Hours very by week.  During winter months, less hours unless covering for Managers' time off. And more hours during busy summer season.
