Northern California boutique fishing and vacation resort is searching for onsite working manager couple at our historic property nestled on 12 acres of scenic waterfront property.

We seek a fun loving couple to manage and oversee our 16 room resort. This is a beautiful, pleasant, popular, well-cared-for establishment and an exceptional place to work. Many guests return year after year. We historically have a stable, committed staff with little turnover.

Ideal candidates will be a "hands on" duo with complementary skills to provide all general management of the property. Strong social skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage the staff responsible for the day-to-day operations are essential. Social media and internet communications skills are highly desirable as is any advanced education.  Professional appearance is required at all times when interacting with guests on the property

Applicants must be self motivated, dependable, warm and friendly, with a genuine love for people and hospitality and are interested in all aspects of running our property for the long term. The resort is also interested in developing a “guest meal” program with the new managers and taking advantage of dining areas and it’s commercial kitchen.

Not just a job; this is a "lifestyle" career. Manager(s) will live on-site in a spacious, riverfront apartment provided and interact with guests and staff daily while providing 24 hour oversite. The highest level of honesty and integrity is an absolute requirement and the managers will have consistant engagement with the owners in developing and maintaining business development and continuous improvement programs.

In order to succeed, the candidate must be capable of understanding and providing a unique guest experience. Word of mouth, social media  and creating “repeat” customers are the foundation of our business plan.

5 years recent resort management experience required.

Monthly compensation, bonus plan, vehicle provided for lodge needs
