Self Storage Manager Couple - Raleigh, NC

800 unit self storage facility seeking management couple.  Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p. m. Monday thru Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.  Closed Sunday, one other day a week worked by relief manager to provide additional day off.  Apartment included, all utilities including telephone, internet and satellite tv. 

Duties include but not limited to:  renting units, taking payments, working collections, keeping office, grounds and units clean and maintained.  Banking, post office runs as needed.  Applicants must be enthusiastic, presentable, and able to work with the public.  Positions available October 1st.
