Positions Availability on the Legendary Bighorn River in Montana

Our property is nestled under towering cottonwood trees on 17 historical acres, overlooking 3 Mile Access on the legendary Bighorn River. These hallowed grounds are surrounded by 300 wildlife filled acres of Bighorn Canyon National Rec' Area land. Excellent boating, water sports, and additional fishing opportunities are a short 15 minute drive away at Bighorn Canyon Lake.

Our property is part of the JET Hospitality, the leader in outdoor recreation lodging. This property features 14 cabins, 3 glamping tents, 20 RV Sites and 15 pitch tent sites.  In addition we have a full service fly fishing shop that offers guided trips, drift boat rentals, massive selection of flies, gear and beyond.

If you enjoy living + working in a stunning outdoor setting then Fort Smith, MT may be for you! We are looking for an energetic personality or two who will take pride in contributing to all parts of our hospitality operation and assist our onsite General Manager. Duties include reservation mgmt, guest engagement, housekeeping, landscaping, retail sales in the fly shop and more!

Compensation is negotiable based on experience but starts at $13/hr. RV site can be provided and is part of the overall comp package.
