The ideal couple would be single and able to multitask as the onsite property manager, (maintaining the grounds and doing minor repairs) and event host/coordinator (prepping rooms trailers, Tipis and Geodomes for guests' laundry, and basic indoor maintenance) for the Native Springs Oasis.  This rural living income opportunity includes the added benefit of living on a 200 acre natural oasis nestled in a scenic valley surrounded by the Sierra mountains with over 100 mineral springs, a year round artesian stream, ponds and a magical woods.  Events include weddings, retreats, camps, and festivals. Managing the AirBnB account is required as well.  

Additional income opportunity available for experienced food prep. Annual pay  $80,000 plus housing and generous commissions based upon hitting occupancy/ revenue goals.
