FEATURED JOB OPENING: Christmas Tree Lot Manager(s) - Fort Lauderdale, FL

HELLO, THIS IS A SEASONAL OPPORTUNITY to manage an upscale Christmas tree lot in sunny, South Florida. Hayes Farms Christmas Trees is expanding this year and will be hiring additional managers. The position runs from mid-Nov. to as late as Dec. 22. Managers will oversee the day-to-day operations of their tree lot for the duration of the season. We consider couples who have prior management experience, are hardworking, outgoing, honest, healthy, and physically active adults only. GREAT customer skills and a POSITIVE attitude are an absolute must. The self-motivated and resourceful type do best in this job. Exceptional managers have the opportunity to return year after year.

Physical requirements include being able to pick up trees up to 70lbs. This is a 7-day-a-week position with 12-14 hour work days. A base salary, as well as, multiple bonus incentives are offered. We strive to create long-term work relationships and offer ballooning return-bonuses year after year for our managers to count on. A drug screening and background check are required.

On-site living hookups are provided for your self-contained rig, along with twice weekly pump-out services. Sales and operational training will be provided to first-year managers at time of arrival. First-year managers also have the opportunity to shadow veteran managers for quicker onboarding. Get out of the cold for winter and make some great memories!
