FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live On-Site Married- Couple, Boutique Resort, Management/Maintenance - Union, WA

Our Small, 15 cabin, Historic Boutique Resort is doing great!  After 25 years the current owner/operators  are ready to transition to semi-retirement.

We are looking for a married team, with a healthy lifestyle, that enjoy the hospitality industry, and are looking for a long term opportunity.

Must have STRONG General Handyman Skills, experience in Housekeeping/ Laundry, and the ability to recruit and lead a team of 5 (part-time) work camper couples. 

Must be at least 25 years of age

Must have a minimum of 3 years professional experience working in hospitality, construction, or maintenance and  management

Must be in good physical, mental, and emotional health,  able to reach, lift, drive, clean, make beds, laundry, general building care & maintenance, yard care & maintenance.  Able to schedule employees, and monthly safety meetings.

Must have the ability to manage time, set priorities and follow structured routines.

Must demonstrate exceptional problem solving and customer service skills.

You will have plenty of support from our 5 current work camper couples, who all pitch in during our 3 main work days each week.  We have a process to fully reset and maintain the resort during 4 hour shifts, 3 days a week.  Our mission is to do 95% of the work in just 12 hours per week so that our entire team can enjoy living on our unique property on the Hood Canal in Union, WA.
