The Black Bear Lodge is an all-suite resort condominium association with 107 individually owned units, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness facilities, and conference rooms. Nood food served. 

Position Description

We are looking for a hands-on, live in couple with high energy to assist with running the day-to-day business.  Prefer a couple with front desk and reservation experience as well as general maintenance to maintain the Black Bear Lodge facility and property in Waterville Valley, NH.

These positions report directly to the General Manager.

Position Requirements

• Quality customer service skills as you will be hands-on.
• Experience with Lodging PMS systems RDP experience preferred.
• Assisting with the maintenance and repairs of the overall hotel facility.
• Assist with all preventative maintenance programs.
• Works well with other Lodge personnel.
• Ability to maintain the safety and security functions to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and hotel assets.
• Cover front desk shifts when necessary.
• Be available for off hours emergency calls.

Compensation
