Assistant Manager Team for Manufactured Home Communities - Flagstaff, AZ

Our Manufactured Home Communities are seeking a dynamic couple for a part-time Assistant Manager Team position.  We are looking for a candidate couple who enjoy working with people and have a team spirit! We are looking for a team couple who believe the two of you balance each other's experiences and strengths.  

Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel software as well as a willingness to learn new software systems in a timely manner will benefit the office-staff side of your team.  Some outside park maintenance will be performed by the other side of your team!  A background in community maintenance is a plus.  

Being able to spell the General Managers one weekend a month and when they are on vacation.  Being on-call during those times are part of the Assistant Manager responsibilities.
