Full-time on-site property manager (couples welcome) needed to operate the 42-rooms Denison Inn & Suites in Denison, IA.

Candidates we hire will have: 

• 2+ years of management experience
• Customer service oriented
• Computer proficiency, including Google Docs, Word, Excel and Gmail.
• Experience with QuickBooks (not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
• Successful passing of background check

Duties include:

• Basic maintenance and repair of premises, units, and common areas
• Record & keep required maintenance records
• Housekeeping (average occupancy is 32%)
• Front desk duties
• Continental breakfast set up
