FEATURED JOB OPENING: Community Property Managers - Northern CA

We are seeking a professional, experienced management couple for a 5-star, all-age community in northern California. 

One person would be responsible for working in the office and completing rent collections, evictions, and all administrative tasks. Needed skills are knowledge of MS Office and Excel, bank deposits, excellent customer relations, and general office knowledge.

The second person would manage all maintenance issues, such as making light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.  Needed skills are to have some knowledge of pools, light plumbing and electric experience, and the ability to complete groundskeeping and landscaping, and facilities maintenance.

Salary depends on experience, range is $3500-$3900 with hours M-F, 30 hrs/wk, typically 9-4 with an hour for lunch.  Also includes a double-wide home and all utilities. 

Couples with proven prior experience in hospitality, property management, and/or mobile home experience will be given first consideration.
