Manager / Maintenance RV Resort Couple- Kissimmee, FL

THIS POSITION NEEDS FILLED BY OR BEFORE JUNE 1ST. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO START BY THEN, UNFORTUNATELY THIS JOB ISNT FOR YOU. THERE WILL BE MINIMIAL IF ANY TRAINING INVOLVED. YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE RV / MOBILE HOME MANAGER EXPERIENCE AND BE ABLE TO JUMP RIGHT IN. 

Family owned Gorgeous 126 space Rv park located in lively Kissimmee Florida. Has stocked ponds and lots of trees. It's close to everything yet tucked away. It's a paradise. On site Housing is available and included as is all utilities.

Managers will work 6 days a week. $1500.00 per person per month plus on-site house and utilities is the base salary. There are also optional renovation opportunities, possible commissions and bonuses.

 4 weeks paid vacation. 
 

Duties will include:

Maintenance cleaning and management of the park. Manage reservations and book keeping. Basically all routine manager maintenance couple duties. I'll be happy to get into more detail if interested.
