FEATURED JOB OPENING: On Site Property Caretakers - Kamuela, HI

We are looking for a hard working, honest and trust worthy, quality couple to help us manage our ranch in Hawaii. Our current caretakers have been with us for three and half years and are looking to retire on August 31st of this year. They will provide a weeks worth of on site job training for position prior to leaving. We  have complete information manuals and schedules for property maintenance.  Job consists of taking care of a 15 acre private non working ranch on the Big Island of Hawaii.

This includes mowing, weed eating and general all around property maintenance and care including house keeping of main residence one day a week. In addition, the property has four full time pet dogs and part time care and feeding of dogs is included in the job description.  (when employers leave property for extended period of time). Position compensation provides caretakers with a salary and full time residence on property in a one bedroom upscale guest house, a truck, all utilities including cable, wifi, water, gas and electric are included. Property has a working wood shop and a two story barn and a tractor, brand new Skagg  mower and a 4 x4 kawasaki mule with electric dump. Guest house has heat an A/C, flat screen TVs and custom stone travertine and slate tile and a one car garage.
