Our BRAND-NEW  RV Resort in Ocala, FL is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead this new resort (opening June 1). Horizon Outdoor Hospitality, a leading resort management company, is seeking a new team member to join our team and work alongside us as our ‘boots on the ground’ General Manager of this beautiful 400+ site resort.

Applicants should possess a can-do mentality with the willingness to go the extra mile for their team and their guests. Horizon Outdoor Hospitality provides staff members with guidance and support to ensure the resort exceeds expectations. Previous hospitality management (outdoor or indoor hospitality) experience is required. Previous food & beverage experience is preferred but not required. Applicants should feel comfortable working with a budget, have retail sales experience, possess a knowledge of basic campground infrastructure, strength in building and leading a team, and strive to provide world-class hospitality and experiences to our guests.

Compensation depends on experience but includes a competitive salary (paid for all hours worked), a complimentary RV site and utilities, an opportunity to participate in a company-sponsored 401K program with up to 4% company match, health insurance, and paid time off. The General Manager of the property will have opportunities to advance their career with Horizon Outdoor Hospitality.
