Registration/Maintenance Couple - Leavenworth, WA

We had a last minute cancellation due to a family emergency for one of our work kamping couples.  We are seeking fun-loving, family orientated and dependable people for the 2022 summer season for Registration and Maintenance team.    We are a 200+ Holiday park with RV sites, deluxe and rustic camping cabins, as well as tent spots. We are one mile to downtown Leavenworth and basecamp for outdoor hiking, biking, 4-wheeling the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest.  

Reservation Specialist is expected to provide superior guest service either over telephone, computer or in person, by being enthusiastic, attentive, friendly and helpful.  Handle all guest issues with respect.  Follow all KOA guidelines and procedures regarding the handling of registrations, reservations and retail sales.  Computer aptitude required.   Answer queries regarding the campground services, fees, dining facilities, activities facilities, and travel directions.  Assist Merchandising team with stocking shelves, coolers, etc. Follow communication protocols with multiple platforms: via email, chat, phones, etc. with proper grammar and punctuation.  Work in a fast-paced environment. Perform all other duties assigned.   

Maintenance is expected to perform basic carpentry, electrical and plumbing repairs, and maintenance to campground buildings, facilities, equipment and grounds as directed by the Maintenance Manager or Supervisor to KOA Quality Standards.   Escort guests to sites and be the eyes/ears for security concerns. Comply with all federal and state safety programs.  Maintain safe campground systems, equipment and facilities, including pool, hook-ups, etc.  Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Must be able to safely operate various maintenance tools and equipment.  Must have a current valid Driver’s License.  Perform all other duties assigned. 

Rate of pay: starting wage $15.00 per hour for all hours worked. Site rent: full hookup back-in sites for $50.00 per person per paycheck (paid bi-weekly).  RV must be 30' or less and only 1 additional vehicle will be permitted due to this site being tucked in the trees.   You will receive a store discount, weekly laundry allowance and discount on propane. Seeking couples however will consider rockstar single that can commit to May through October 2022.   30-40 hrs/week per person with same two days off to enjoy the area.
