Oregon Wine Country - RV Resort General Manager / Maintenance (Housing included) - Dundee, OR

Dundee Hills Resort, a new premier RV resort located in the heart of Oregon Wine Country, is seeking a General Manager / Maintenance couple to run a luxury resort in Dundee Oregon.  This resort includes 79 luxury Airstream preferred RV sites, nestled in the middle of Oregon vineyards.   A beautiful club house is on site with event spaces, and modern restroom laundry and shower facilities. Additionally, a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment would be provided on-site with gorgeous mountain and vineyard views. The resort opens in June 2022, and will see immediate robust occupancy due to proximity to wine tourism, the Oregon coast and Portland.  

We are looking for someone with experience at the General Manager level, with a demonstrated ability to hire, motivate ,and lead a team. Hospitality is of the utmost importance, and the ideal candidates would enjoy the hands-on, high guest contact part of the business as much as driving revenue, creating excellent guest and employee experiences, and driving great bottom line results.

Duties:  

• Hire, train, and motivate staff members.
• Oversee all daily operations with a focus on guest experience and employee satisfaction.
• Manage budget and expense controls to achieve property financial objectives. 
• Meet and greet customers daily, resolving any guest satisfaction issues which might arise. 
• Supervise and direct onsite management team and supervisors, oversee property staffing for budget compliance. 
• Assist with creating and establishing a positive team culture throughout the company. 
• Ensure that team members are properly trained and are executing exceptional, delightful, memorable, and personalized service for each and every guest. 
• Conduct daily inspections of the the property and services to ensure standards are being met. 
• Order supplies, ensure that that inventory levels are correctly maintained. 
• Ensure that a safe work environment is in place, inspected, and maintained.
• Maintain vendor relations and source new vendors where needed.
• Assist the property, management company, or ownership team with other relatable duties as defined.
