Seasonal or Year Round Experienced RV Management Needed - Butte, MT

We are in beautiful Montana is looking to fill a front office supervisor. This is a seasonal position beginning in April to the end of October.  The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of campground / hospitality management experience, customer service oriented, hands on, and have a high drive for overall campground success. The position will consist of assisting the GM in overseeing approximately 8 team members, the Campground Store, Reservations/check-ins, Overnight Security, Housekeeping and activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Assist in overseeing day to day tasks of employees in the office, camp store, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Customer service: Maintain a positive attitude in welcoming guests / check-in process, resolve guest issues via phone or in-person with current customers.

Taking customer phone calls and reservations via phone

Camp Store Management: Inventory management and point of sale transactions

Train new employees and problem solve miscellaneous issues that arise

Provide input for employee scheduling on a weekly basis

General Manager will assist in above functions.

Qualifications:

Camping knowledge a huge plus, but not required.
Ideally, 4+ years experience in hospitality
Must have ability to communicate well with management and manage a team
Basic computer skills (Microsoft office and PMS)
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Often work unpredictable hours, to fill in for absent workers.
Able to work long shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of housekeeping and/or maintenance departments helpful
Able to stand for most of the day and lift small boxes on a regular basis.
