Chef & FOH Couple - Bahamas, Caribbean

We are searching for a dynamic, hands-on couple that is committed to hospitality excellence in, perhaps, a first-time Management Role for the position of Sous Chef and Assistant Manager in the Carribean.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a couple that is willing to be part of the transformation of the property and to grow professionally.

Minimum Requirements

Willing to take on the challenge of a huge refurbishment in progress

Experienced couple with at least 5 years’ experience

Form a strong Sales and PR management team

Extremely customer-focused aiming to give guests a quality experience

Assist with staff training

Strong focus on F&B preferable, but not essential
