FEATURED JOB OPENING: RV & MHP On-Site Managers - Arroyo Grande, CA

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, self-motoviated couple to work as our on-site management team.  Applicants must have their own housing (RV, Trailer, etc.) Applicants must posess the following skills: Outstanding customer service, must be outgoiong and courteous.  Office skills, include but not limited to: Basic knowledge of the computer, excellent telephone skills, excellent written and oral communication.  Office duties include but are not limited to: taking reservations, answering heavy phones, filing documents, maintaing records, sending/responding to emails, bookkeeping, collecting/processing rents and payments. Outside duties include but not limited to: cleaning and maintaining restrooms and showers, maintaining dog park, completing minor landscaping.  

Day shifts: Monday - Friday weekend hours avaiable as well.
