Resident Volunteer - Maintenance and Boat Work - Fort Pierce, FL

Discover, play and work in Fort Pierce, FL! Enjoy hiking, bicycling, kayaking, world class bass fishing in the park, and, of course, the Atlantic coast just 10 minutes away. Volunteer positions available for experienced work campers. Must work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Volunteer opportunities include carpentry/construction, invasive plant removal, trail maintenance, and more! Boating experience preferred. Campsites with 50 amp electric, well water and sewer hook-up.  

Position responsbilities include mowing, power washing, light construction. Must open park gate at 8 a.m. every morning, and close the gate at sunset every evening. Assist with boating, birding surveys, water sampling and more, as scheduled. This is a maintenance-based position.
