We are looking for the right couple (or team) to join our resort family. Located in the heart of Otter Tail Lakes Country, MN, we are one of Minnesota's most historic and popular family resorts. Situated on the shores of East Silent Lake, our property is comprised of 50 acres of beautiful woods, trails and landscaping. Our accommodation is new or newly remodeled, including cabins, vacation homes and guest suites. Our guests are incredibly kind and fun to be around. As a family owned and operated resort, we are seeking more than just "help." Our employees are the heart of our business and truly and extension of our family. As such, we are looking for a couple (or individual) looking for meaningful experiences and relationships.

General Responsibilities Include:
- Provide general oversight and management of the property
- Lawn and grounds maintenance
- Snow removal
- Event and activity coordination and support
- Cleaning and maintenance of cabins
- Laundry
- Guest services – including greeting guests, checking in/out, collecting payments, help with boats, etc.
- Restaurant support – including taking orders, serving food and help in kitchen.
- Reservation and calendar management
- Building maintenance/repairs
- Equipment maintenance/repair
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Highly Desirable Skills:
- Ability to perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on equipment
Specific Requirements:
- Driver’s license
- Fluent in English
- Pets may be allowed based on circumstances
- Available and willing to work weekends
Compensation:
- This position is full-time. However, the work schedule is lighter outside of the resort's summer season.
- In exchange for 40 hours of work per week by the Couple, Employer will provide housing in a recently remodeled 2-bed/2-bath home.
- Employer will pay the following utility expenses: lp gas, electric, water, sewer and internet.
- Employer will pay for all repairs and maintenance expenses to ensure the premises is in proper working order.
- Employer will pay Employee an hourly wage to be negotiated based on experience and qualifications for all hours worked above 40 hours per week.
- Access to all resort amenities, including use of boats and other recreational equipment.
