Management Couple needed for a large campground - Marseilles, IL

Resident Managing couple for a large campground in Northeast Illinois about 60 miles southwest of Chicago, located in the ILLINOIS RIVER VALLEY, near Starved Rock.  

Property Management Couple needed for a large campground. You must be willing and able to live on-site. (The position is full time, or for the snowbirds, at least May 1st to November 1st) A free site if you own an RV, if not we will provide housing.

We are looking for a "hands-on" couple to manage/operate with experience in the following areas:

• Must have work experience in the campground, RV industry.
• Between the couple they must have managerial and maintenance experience (since every couple’s abilities are different, please tell us) 
• Attention to details.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate.
• Professional and Outgoing personality.
• Diplomatic/Leadership skills to manage others effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Confidence answering the phone and responding to tenants.
• Good organizational skills.
• Should be able to Multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• A professional attitude and a desire to deliver great customer service.
• Able to work weekends and Holidays in the summer season, (typical campground with most of the work during the main season and reduced hours/work off season).

Qualifications
~Must be able to pass a drug and criminal background check.
~Valid Driver's License, Social Security, and Vehicle Insurance.

~Have good references.
