RV Park Property Management Team - Southeast KS

We are seeking a management couple that possesses strong work ethic for oversight of a combination park.  We are seeking a couple that possess strong computer skills and can learn new software for management oversite and marketing the property.  Property consists of RV site rentals, monthly mobilehome and cabin rentals and onsite coin operated laundry abd shower faciltiy. 

Necessary skills include:

• All aspects of Hospitality

• Office management

• guest relations

• advertising/social media promotion

• housekeeping

• Facility Maintenance-basic plumbing, elecrical, appliances, maintenance/operation, and light construction/carpentry.
This Couple should enjoy living onsite in their RV or in the park provided housing. Excellent guest/people skills are required.

This is a hands-on management position and duties/responsibilities vary with the seasonal aspects of the property.

Salary is negotiable plus onsite housing is provided.
