Excellent opportunity for an organized hands-on team.
- Couple - normally spouses, as housing and utilities are included
- The office side of the team will be licensed to sell homes (commission in addition to salary for sales). The cost of the license is covered by our dealership.
- The maintenance team member should be mechanically inclined and physically capable of doing the onsite maintenance, able to climb ladders, etc.

The salary range for this position is: $70,000 - $82,000/per team, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
