We are recruiting for an on-site management team for a very nice 55 plus mobile home park in the Sierra Foothills. This is a high quality property so previous management experience is preferred. This position is for a two person team only and ideally one person would operate the park office and the other would supervise maintenance personnel and perform routine park maintenance.
Good verbal and written communication skills are important for this position and computer and email skills are required. Park maintenance requires maintaining the landscaping in common areas, maintaining the pool, keeping the parks common areas including the clubhouse clean and in good repair. Knowledge of underground utility systems including gas, electric, water and sewer is important for this position. Valid CA driver's license and decent driving record is required.
