Couple Team needed for Housekeeping/Maintenance - Tremonton, UT

Hello! We are located in Northern Utah, right at the junction of I-15 and I-84, 70 miles North of Salt Lake City, 202 miles from the West Yellowstone entrance, and 162 miles to the Grand Tetons! We are less than 10 minutes from Crystal Hot Springs, close to the Bear River Bird Migratory, Golden Spike National Historic Park, and not too far from Willard Bay State Park. There is a lot of exploring to do in the Beautiful state of Utah! Our park strives to provide the ultimate guest experience, and we were awarded "Small Park of the Year, 2021" by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds. We could not have received this prestigious award without our incredible team!

We are looking for a friendly, upbeat, customer revolved couple to join out team for the 2022 high season, from April 15 through October 15, 2022. We offer a full hook up site, (concrete, level with a picnic table) WIFI, free laundry, propane at cost, and a 20% discount in our boutique-style retail store, and a completion bonus of $150/person if the entire season is completed, through October 15th. We ask for 20 hours per week per couple (10 hours per person) to cover the site and amenities, (the site is a value of $1400/month and electric of at least $150/month) and all other hours worked beyond the 10 hours/person are paid at $10.00 per hour. The schedule would be Saturday through Tuesday, off Wednesday - Friday, so on 4 off 3. Couple would work the same days and shifts to have time off together.

One partner would be Maintenance; -Must be able to lift 25# -Must be able to work in temperatures during the day averaging 79 - 90* (sometimes we do have warmer than 90* days) -Trash pick up from sites for guests -Site checks and prepping sites for incoming guests -Chaperoning guests to their sites at arrival -Creating relationships with guests by having conversations and being friendly -Mowing, weed eating, using a blower etc. for lawn care on Mondays and Tuesdays (Experience on an X-mark or similar riding mower valuable) -Power washing - Maintaining the luxury appeal of our park.

Partner 2 would be housekeeping; -Must be able to lift 20# -Maintain the cleanliness and sanitizing of our Clubhouse and West Bathhouse -Sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, thoroughly cleaning laundry facilities, bathrooms and showers. (Our daily cleaning regimen is thorough, and we provide excellent facilities for our guests, feel free to check out our reviews on how much our guests appreciate how clean our park is.) -Must be able to use our Purifyd Systems fogging system. (Like a small blower, using non-toxic chemicals.) -Interact with guests and create a friendly and lasting relationship with them -Garden and floral care; planting, watering, weeding, and up keeping our floral gardens and helping with our community garden.
