On-site Self Storage Management Couple - Sherwood, AR

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Answer phone inquiries from prospective tenants
• Convert phone inquiries into site visits
• Show property, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about the facility to prospective tenants
• Sign new lease with prospects who visit the property
• Collect monthly rental fees
• Perform general routine maintenance, minor repair work and cut locks from delinquent units
• Mow, weedeat and spray property frontage
• Monitor property on a regular basis for security, maintenance needs, and cleanliness
• Maintain cleanliness of vacant units

SKILLS NEEDED TO QUALIFY

• Great customer service and phone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge including Microslft Office
• Sales and/or leasing experience a plus
• Must be reliable
• Self-starter, ablity to work independently
• Available during the hours of 9:00am-6:00pm, M-F and 9:00am-1:00pm on Saturday
• Must live on-site
