Apartment Managers - Alamogordo, NM

We are looking for an experienced couple to manage a very nice small apartment complex.  The duties would include managing the office, resident relations, marketing and leasing of apartments, accounts payable and other duties as assigned.   Additionally we seek an experienced teammate who can do light maintenance work such as painting, light plumbing, light maintenance such as blind replacement, light fixture replacement and grounds maintenance oversight.  The ideal couple will be detail oriented, able to learn and adapt to property management software, personable and professional.

The position is a 3/4 time position with hours of 9:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  The manager is expected to be available for any after hour calls related to emergencies or tenant issues.
