Mobile Home Park Management - Various Locations, AZ
Need experienced management couple for our 55+ Resort. Previous experience managing a 100+ site RV Resort with a mix of Park Model Sites, short-term and long-term sites, and daily RV sites. Must present a very professional appearance, be very customer service oriented, be proactive to “Grow” the resort, drive positive customer experience. Supervise employees and Workampers.
Office skills required: Computer literate with Micro Soft Word and Excel, Computerized Reservation System (Campground Master a plus), maintain administrative and customer files in accordance with current laws and corporate requirements (will train), submit required financial reports to the Corporate Office.
Maintenance skills required: basic electrical and plumbing, ability to analyze electrical and plumbing problems, pool/spa, insure the property and all facilities are maintained to meet the expectations of a Resort. This is a year-round, on-site position.
Compensation: Salary, housing (if needed) utilities, bonus.
