We are looking for a management team that would enjoy working & living in the Whittier area.  The job provides a nice double-wide home.  The mobilehome park is located in Whittier, CA; it is a Senior (55+) park made up of resident owned homes.  The park is well-maintained with 75 spaces.

We are looking for a team experienced in providing mobilehome park management to include knowledge of collecting rents, preparing deposits, procedural policies with regards to the Mobilehome Residency Law.  An important attribute would be to have workable computer skills, especially in using Microsoft Word & Excel,  full usage of the internet, sending & receiving email with attachments.
