The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) has a rare opportunity for a couple who love to entertain and create memorable experiences for guests and employees to find their dream job. IRHG is acquiring an historic mountain lodge located near the Tennessee – North Carolina border up in the Smokey Mountains. The well-established property is renowned for its historic lodge and restaurant. The property sits on nearly 100 acres and has access to all the most cherished southern Appalachian outdoor activities.

Located a short walk from the historic lodge is a lovely three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home that is updated, well maintained, and would be the home for the resident managing couple. The resident managing couple will have the support of IRHG’s robust organization so that the couple may stay focused on what is most valuable to the guests, the employees, and the most gratifying to exemplary hosts. 

Our ideal couple would have a combined F&B background and hotel rooms operations experience. This team will move into a lovely on site house and operate the restaurant and the 23-room lodge. We offer bonus structures and health benefits after 60 days of employment.
