Responsibilities include maintaining 4 houses and multiple vehicles, operating a 25 ft powerboat between the mainland and the island (30 minute trip),  maintaining grounds, grocery shopping and house cleaning.   Candidates must have basic mechanical, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills sufficient for maintenance and minor repairs.  Boating experience required. Great communication and people skills are essential.
