Customer Service oriented two (2) person team/couple needed to live on-site and manage the day-to-day operations of our large, privately owned Self Storage facility in Scottsdale AZ. 2 bedroom apartment and most utilities are provided. Vacation and Sick Pay. Medical contribution. Annual Bonus. Experience in self-storage or similar industry is helpful.
General office duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain and operate an orderly and smooth running business office.
- Maintain facility’s computer database and paper files.
- Provide excellent customer service to current and potential tenants.
- Rent storage spaces as they become available.
- Collect all rents when due and make regular bank deposits. Maintain a low rate of delinquency.
General property duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain the entire premises in a clean, orderly, and safe condition.
- Perform light facility repairs as needed.
- Clean, show and rent storage spaces as they become available.
- Enforce any rules governing the premises and report any unusual concerns.
