Care Takers Christian Retreat Center - Hamilton, GA

 Pine Eden Christian Retreat Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, located in Hamilton Georgia, is seeking a married couple as long-term, full time, year-round, on-site care takers.   The retreat center is host to 40 or more groups annually ranging in size from 10 up to 150. Job duties include, facility and grounds maintenance, guest relations, and administration.

Guests utilize five dorms for sleeping, several conference room facilities, plus a chapel and a large pavilion for gatherings.  A commercial kitchen services the dining facility.  The Center also has a lake and in-ground swimming pool.  Guests are responsible for their own food service, set up, and cleaning during their stay. 

The position includes an on-site, three-bedroom two bath residence including full utilities, internet, and cable, coupled with a salary and certain benefits.  The retreat center is open throughout the year but is typically unoccupied ten or so weeks per year.  Most guest stays are 3-4 days, primarily on extended weekends.  The utilization schedule allows the successful couple significant personal time.
