Kitchen Chef (or Couple) - near Chattanooga, TN

SUMMER CAMP!! KITCHEN MANAGER/CHEF needed for kids' summer camp on Lookout Mountain, near Chattanooga, TN.  Ideal candidates: experience cooking for 50-100 in a commercial kitchen, people who love children, fun, scenic woodlands & outdoor activities. 2022 camp season runs from May 15 to August 1. FHU and top pay ($450 - $550/week or more based on qualifications). Free Meals, Internet, washer/dryer access.

We’re looking for an individual or couple interested in managing the kitchen.  The Food Service Manager is responsible for creating and planning nutritious and appealing meals that are served on time to 75 to 120 people 3 times per day. Responsibilities include ordering the food, kitchen supplies and maintaining a clean, sanitary environment; will supervise, schedule and evaluate kitchen staff. FSM will work with people from diverse back grounds including children, teenagers and young adults. 

The position is ideal for anyone with experience in food service with schools, nursing homes, hospitals or catering to large groups. The work schedule is 5-6 days/week.  Applicants need to be physically fit and able to be on their feet.
