Innkeeper(s) / Breakfast Cook needed for a gilded-age mansion located in the CT Berkshire Mountains. The inn currently operates as a B&B but is undergoing capital expansion to be Connecticut's first eco-conscious boutique inn and event venue manifesting the values of sustainability and conscious business practices; prioritizing not just profits, but also people and the planet we share.   We are committed to providing warm hospitality in an upscale, but unpretentious environment, and are building a team of fun-loving, capable humans who want more meaningful work and an opportunity to shine. You’ll work closely with the owners to establish SOPs, meet KPIs, and to train/manage staff as we grow.

Your experience should include housekeeping, guest services, food service, and business operations. Compensation is based on skill-set(s), and includes accommodations, professional development allowance, bonus plan, health insurance participation, and PTO. Applicants with at least three years in a similar role are encouraged to apply. If you have kitchen experience as a banquet cook, this could open up a whole new conversation since we'll be launching a 50-seat restaurant (2022) and event venue (2023)!
