Assistant Manager Team - Fresno, CA
Seeking an On-site Assistant Managment Team for a 55/40 Manufactured Housing Community in Fresno, CA. One person to fill a role in the office the other will oversee the existing maintenance staff. Position is available now to the right candidates.
Monday to Friday
8am - 4pm, Lunch 12-1 Office Postion / 7am - 4pm, Lunch 11-12 Maintnenace Position
3 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home included w/ utilties + Hourly wage.
Assistant Managers will be on-site and respond to afterhours calls or emergencys.
Day to day duties include:
Office: process rent, vendor billing, tenant relations, resident application review and processing, and more.
Maintenance: will spend most days out in community working hands on including meter reading, landscaping upgrades, groundskeeping, janitorial and more.
Applicants with up to 2 pets will be considered which is the property maximum.
