Live-in Manager(s) of a Hotelito in city centre Turrialba, Costa Rica

This is a management position, so we are looking for a mature individual or couple with some management level experience. Your experience can come from many different areas such as marketing, technology, business, science, or tourism, but you should be comfortable leading a team, working with customer/clients/vendors, working with spreadsheets, updating websites and brochures, creating social media posts, managing finances, and communicating in Spanish.

You will be overseeing the day to day activities and lead a team of 5 members of staff.

I will be travelling myself but will still be taking care of the backend of the business and will be in communication on a regular basis.

The ideal candidate(s) has:

- An advanced level of the Spanish Language (= important)

- An eye for detail

- Helicopter view

- Is a problemsolver

- Has experience managing a small team and is a real teamleader

- Loves socializing and meeting people

- Loves cats :) We are looking for a buddy for Pepper, our adorable house cat to give her food and cuddles

In exchange you will get:

- Accommodation (private apartment with kitchen, bathroom, balcony and terrace, on the top floor)

- $500 per month

- 50% of tour commissions (starting at $100 per month)

- Free white water rafting on the Pacuare River (one of the best according to National Geographic!!)
