Inn Keeper Job - Northern CA

We are a 16 unit family lodge on the Sonoma Coast, and are looking for a TWO (2) person resident managers/Inn Keeper team. We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, successful husband/wife (or not) team that is also honest, positive, not afraid to get involved in the daily tasks of running our lodge.   

This year-round, live-in position requires the dedication and motivation to create a memorable experience for our guests while balancing the needs of the business and effectively communicating with owners. If you both have strong interpersonal, communication skills and are self-motivated, service orientated with experience then we would like to talk to you.  The ideal team is upbeat, positive and leads by example, teaches and motivates employees. 

Job duties include being able to multi task, housekeeping, accounting documentation / reporting, running the front desk: which includes reservations, guest check in and out, guest relations, employee/housekeeping management, MUST be computer literate, have great customer service skills and maintenance skills.  This is a hand’s on position, and both people should be able to do all desk duties. 

Compensation includes spacious one bedroom, one bathroom apartment with ocean view, fireplace, all utilities, Wi-Fi included plus monthly salary.  Two days off per week, one week vacation after completion of first year.  We DO NOT provide health benefits.
