Live-in Domestic Couple - Richmond Hill, ON

Seeking domestic couple for a formal style residence to provide household assistance; position is full time, permanent, live-in and located in the Richmond Hill of Toronto, Ontario. Applicants should be flexible with schedules and have a team player style & attitude. Applicants with previous experience in private service for residential maintenance, culinary, food and beverage service are highly preferred.

The couple will be provided with very comfortable and large live-in accommodations. It is a fully furnished basement. They will take on housekeeping duties, laundry, cooking meals, etc. The position is primarily a Monday to Friday job, although flexibility is required on an as needed basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Day to day running of the residence and property
• Full participation in all housekeeping duties, cleaning, laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
• Shopping for the household
• Maintenance duties interior and exterior
• Cleaning of swimming pool and gardening areas
• Security of the house
• Ad hoc jobs on the grounds and property

Applicant Qualities:

• Applicants must be service oriented and selfstarters.
• Excellent housekeeping and laundry skills.
• Good cooking skills with formal style food and beverage service.
• Applicants should be energetic with string work ethic, strong communication skills and ability to anticipate needs of principals.
• Applicants should be a neat and polished appearance.
• Must exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
