Manager Couple - Huntington Beach, CA

Greetings!

We are a small yet busy, nine-room hotel in downtown Huntington Beach. We're looking for a couple who's excited to be a part of our team.

Our hotel is dedicated to offering quality rooms and service for a fair price. We pride ourselves on making sure each guest has a wonderful experience. We expect our employees to be friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional to our guests and fellow employees.

Job Details:

• Full time
• Delegate tasks to the employees
• Interview, hire and train new employees. 
• Perform daily quality control evaluations
• Monthly employee performance.
• Trained employees in Company protocol, including safety, sexual harassment, and fulfillment of job duties.
• Promptly respond to guests' emails
• Administer daily finance reports
• Manage sales by analyzing revenue from previous years
• Supervised a cosmetic renovation of all rooms
• Systematized hotel for maximum productivity
• Enforce state and federal rules and regulations
• Negotiate with companies to perform skilled contract work
