FEATURED JOB OPENING: Domestic Couple - Liberty, NY & Naples, FL

Position Summary:

Executive couple with significant residences in Liberty, NY and Naples, FL would like to hire an experienced Domestic Couple to spend the summer season in New York and the winter season in Florida and provide service and care at each of their fully staffed homes.

Responsibilities:

Daily meal preparation and menu planning, purchasing groceries and household supplies, cleaning and organizational projects, pet care for friendly dogs, and opening and closing the homes for the season. The couple will also work as a team with the rest of the staff on seasonal projects, set up for events, and handle laundry for the family.

Qualifications:

Must be energetic, hands-on, and proactive. At least three to five years of experience working in a fine home, aboard a private yacht, or in a similar position required. Strong cleaning, cooking, and serving skills needed. COVID-19 vaccination is required for this position; valid medical or religious exemptions will be considered.

Schedule:

Generally a five day work week. This is a full-time, year-round position, with May to October spent in Liberty, NY and November through April spent in Naples, FL.

Compensation:

Joint compensation of $150,000 to $175,000 offered, depending on experience, with a robust benefits package (including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; and a 401(k) retirement plan). Live-on accommodations are available in both Liberty and Naples; this position can be live-out in one location if you have your own residence, or can be live-on at both residences.
