KOA Journey Seeking Guest-Oriented Couples - Goodlettsville, TN

We here at Nashville North KOA Journey are seeking two couples with a passion for guest services, camping, and finding ways to WOW our guests; and the energy to brainstorm new ideas in making this little "stop over" park into a place people come to gather and get a taste of the Nashville Scene outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville.

About the location:
We are a KOA Journey ("Gateway to Adventure"), open year-round, with our Peak Season being between April 1 and October 31.
We are in Millersville, a very small town just 18 miles north of downtown Nashville (about a 25 minute drive during calm traffic conditions). The city of Goodlettsville is just 4 miles away, with tons of dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
This park is a little rough around the edges, with a splash of charm. We are working on updating the sites as we are currently battling grass overgrowth, and have plans to upgrade pedestalsl from 30AMP to 50AMP and do some reconfiguring to enhance the guest camping experience.
We are actively trying to implement special amenities to offer our guests -- complimentary breakfast, live music, catered dinners, shuttle service to downtown, etc... Two words we always keep in mind are "one more" -- Get the guest to stay "one more night", get them to buy "one more item"...

About the job:
We are a small campground and therefore have a small team. We are seeking two couples with campground experience (KOA experience a plus!) that is willing and able to float between positions on the day-to-day. The positions we are looking to fill are Housekeeping, Guest Services, Maintenance/Landscaping, and Shuttle Services. Weekly hours will range from 32-40 hours per person, all hours paid.

• All hours paid at $15.50/hr per person
