WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
You are responsible for seeing that the common areas of the park are kept clean, the common landscaping cared for, and any outside lighting in the Park is in good repair. You are responsible for seeing that the Club House and adjacent grounds and parking areas are well maintained and kept clean.
The outside condition of the home and the lot are to be maintained properly at all times. The interior is to be kept neat and clean and any items that need repair such as appliances, roof leaks, and other problems are to be reported to the Owner / Management. You set the example for the other residents with a well-maintained home and lot. Note: due to fact that access to Manager’s home does not presently meet ADA requirements, Tenants are not allowed inside the Manager’s home for doing business with the Park.
Park Inspection: Become familiar with the park rules and regulations, and with the basic terms of tenant leases. At least two days every week, walk the park. Do not drive in a vehicle; you will miss seeing many things. Make notes pertaining to any yards that are not being properly maintained, items stored in carports which should not be there, and if the exterior condition of home indicates needs power washing or painting. Also note any porches or steps that have become a hazard with respect to rot, peeling paint, or missing railings. Look at driveways and walkways around the home for any hazards.
