FEATURED JOB OPENING: Onsite Property Management Couple for a Premier 300+ space Senior Manufactured Home Community in Palm Springs, CA

We are looking for an onsite property management couple for a high quality 300 space senior community in the Palm Springs area. Prior property management experience is preferred.

The community is a jewel in the Coachella Valley and centrally located with quick and easy access to the entire Palm Springs area.

Responsibilities are to be shared and include:

Office: Operation of the onsite computer software, resident engagement and communication, prospective resident paperwork, and rent collection.

Maintenance: Supervision of the full-time maintenance crew (3 members), oversight of projects and issues and enforcement of homesite standards.

Compensation includes competitive salary, updated 2-bedroom home with basic utilities and full medical coverage.
